Marsha Kay Beauty College in Mountain Home, Arkansas, prepares students for success in the dynamic field of cosmetology.
With our proven, 13-month, hands-on training program, Marsha Kay’s students develop their talent and skills to become the hair stylists, make-up artists, manicurists, sales reps, and salon owners of tomorrow, or work in a variety of additional positions. Experienced and dedicated instructors provide individual tutoring for each student.
Marsha Kay Beauty College continuously enrolls new students who are high school graduates (GED also accepted). Title IV financial aid and non-federal assistance helps students who qualify achieve their educational goals. Arkansas Rural Endowment loans are also available for qualified students (WAC). Programs & Opportunities
Hair, nail & makeup services are offered to patrons by students under the direct supervision of the licensed, experienced instructors at the Marsha Kay Beauty College.
Throughout the program of study, students learn theory and gain practical experience in an environment that is state and nationally accredited (NACCAS). Instruction includes demonstrations, use of mannequins, beauty clinic services, and mock boards.
Unlike many states, your Arkansas college license from Marsha Kay Beauty College signifies that you are qualified to provide these three services: hair styling, makeup application & nail techniques. So you will be a hair stylist, makeup artist, and a nail technician when you graduate.
Arkansas Rural Endowment loan applications are available at Marsha Kay Beauty College and can be used in conjunction with Pell Grant Funds. Loan amounts up to $3,500 are available (WAC) at a low interest rate.
Marsha Kay Beauty College is approved by the Department of Education to participate in Title IV financial aid: Federal Pell Grant.
