Courses

Massage Therapy - Diploma Program

12 Months (Daytime) - 18 Months (Evening)

This program is designed to prepare students to accept entry-level positions in the massage therapy field. Students will be able to accept positions with a variety of agencies including chiropractic offices, resorts, spas, or self-employment.

Cosmetology - Diploma Program - 12 Months

The Cosmetology program is designed to prepare students to accept entry-level positions in the cosmetology field. The Cosmetology Clinic at Penn Commercial is open to the public, and students in advanced classes provide services to customers under the direction of instructors.

Financial Aid

Penn Commercial takes pride in helping prospective and current students with the Financial Aid process. The Financial Aid Department will assist in the completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Not only does Penn Commercial participate in Title IV programs, but various institutional scholarships are also offered. Financial Aid is available for those who qualify. You must meet the following basic eligibility requirements to be considered for financial aid:

  • You must be a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen as defined by the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
  • You must demonstrate a financial need (as determined by your Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
  • You must be enrolled on at least a half-time basis in an approved undergraduate program of study.
  • You must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • You must be a PA resident (if applying for PA State aid).
  • You must demonstrate academic progress to continue receiving aid.
