New England Center for Cosmetology and Esthetics Education (NECCEE), (previously known as Chameleons School of Hair Design), was established in 1993, and is comprised of two programs: The Hair Program (we're an exclusive Paul Mitchell Signature School!); and the Nail Technology Program. Both programs will teach you the latest techniques, technologies, and trends in these lucrative fields. New England Center for Cosmetology and Esthetics Education (NECCEE) offers an unsurpassed educational experience because we are continually updating and expanding our curriculum to keep pace with this growing industry. Enrollment is year-round and our programs meet the licensing requirements of all the New England states. More than 95% of our students are employed in the industry within weeks of graduating. Often students already have a position secured before they graduate and many go on to management, ownership or embark upon other career opportunities that are available to a licensed professional.
