Where My Passion Comes From

The hair industry is a vast multibillion dollar industry. Most prospective students and their clients believe that the only side of this amazing industry is simply in the salon, but we stretch far beyond that! Hair salons are the foundation to any successfully career to build clientele, skill, and confidence but the possibilities are endless and the skies the limit.

It’s a very rare feeling that not many can say they’ve experienced–the ability of making someone feel beautiful using only their bare hands. There are few words to explain how it feels to literally hand someone self confidence, to inspire, and motivate every day. Behind every person is a hairstylist, and behind every hairstylist is a firm education on how to create beauty, to psychologically and physiologically transform self images of everyone you come into contact with. Confidence is contagious and every contagion has a source, and that is who we are!

Upon beginning my education I saw being a hairstylist as just another job–something to pay the bills. I couldn’t imagine what hair would birth inside me–a love for helping people. People look forward to their trips to hair salons for weeks…to some a salon visit is just as rejuvenating as a week in Cozumel. As stylists, we have the gift to touch people in ways others aren’t capable…building a relationship with clients so deep they consider you family, who wouldn’t want that!?
